We offer domestic shipping across India. Whether you're in a metropolitan city or a remote area, we strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates

We are located in Surat, Gujarat, and we ship our products all over India.


Shipping Charges

We offer weight-based shipping rates based on the destination of the order. Please refer to the details below:

1. Shipping Within Gujarat

  • 1 kg – ₹40
  • 2 kg – ₹80
  • 3 kg – ₹120
  • For orders above 3 kg, charges will increase accordingly at ₹40 per kg.

2. Shipping Outside Gujarat (Rest of India)

  • Up to 0.5 kg – ₹60
  • 1 kg – ₹80
  • For heavier parcels, rates will vary based on weight and location. Additional charges may apply.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address:
    • Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
    • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) unless stated otherwise.
  • In case of delays due to courier partners or external factors, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your package’s status on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted logistics carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Some of the carriers we use include:

5. Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to deliver to every corner of India, certain remote or difficult-to-reach areas may face delays or shipping restrictions. Please check with us if you are in a particularly remote location or facing any shipping concerns.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase your order. We will work closely with the carrier to investigate the issue, and if necessary, offer you a replacement or a refund, based on the situation.

7. Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before completing the checkout process. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will try to assist you before the order is dispatched.
